What comes in the box? Each box includes two Format Q stools. We provide everything you need for setup, including all necessary hardware and tools.

How do I assemble my stools? Assembly is designed to be fast and intuitive. Each stool is secured with 8 quick-fastening screws. You can find the step-by-step assembly instructions in your package. 

Can I stack the stools to create a bookshelf? Yes. Format Q is modular by design. You can stack the stools vertically or place them on their side to create a shelving unit. To ensure a level and stable base in any orientation, please use the Floor Adapter included with every stool.

Is there a limit to how high I can stack them? While you can stack as many units as you like, you do so at your own risk. For safety, we strongly recommend that any configuration over three units high be secured to the wall using furniture anchors—especially in homes with young children.
